Check Your Order on Delivery

• You have the right to inspect your order before accepting it — confirm the correct product, correct size, and no visible defects.
• If anything is wrong at the door, simply refuse the delivery — no fee will be charged.
• We strongly recommend opening and checking the package in front of the courier before signing.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The bottle must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
• You may exchange for a different fragrance of the same value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
• If the exchange is due to our mistake or a product defect, we cover the shipping — otherwise shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products only.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method once the item is received and verified.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Products missing original seals or packaging will not be accepted.
• Sale or discounted items are final sale unless defective.

• We ship all across Egypt. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on governorate.
• Cairo and Giza orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
• After confirming your order, our team will contact you to coordinate a convenient delivery time.
• Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
• If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order is returned. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
• If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us immediately — we will reship at no cost to you.

• AIT Store is a multi-brand fragrance retailer. We source and sell fragrances from brands around the world, currently with a strong focus on Middle Eastern (Arabic/Oud) fragrances.
• All fragrances we sell are genuine, original products from their respective brands — we do not manufacture or produce any fragrances ourselves.
• Some fragrances in our collection are labelled "Inspired By" — this means they are independent fragrances from other brands that share a similar scent profile with a well-known luxury original. They are original products from their own brand, not counterfeits or replicas.
• Every product is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive exactly what was described and pictured.
• All products comply with cosmetic safety standards and Egyptian regulatory requirements.
